As from 01-07-2021 Kloosterboer International Forwarding Ijmuiden B.V. merges into Kloosterboer Logistics B.V. As a result of the merger, the entity Kloosterboer Forwarding Ijmuiden B.V. will cease to exist.
All operational forwarding activities of Kloosterboer International Forwarding IJmuiden B.V. will be continued by Kloosterboer Logistics B.V. All rights and obligations are automatically transferred to the new entity as of the first of July 2021.
