As of the 29th September, Kloosterboer Delta Terminal on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam will be extending its opening hours for veterinary inspections. The additional hours follow a recently reached agreement with the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
Service
These extended opening hours enable Kloosterboer to offer yet another service to its existing clients and potential new customers for their logistics service requirements. Four (4) speed-docks guarantee shorter waiting times and fast inspections. As soon as the inspections have been completed, customers have the option for their load to be cross-docked or stored in the cold store. In addition, Kloosterboer has an array of modern equipment available (including a tugmaster) for internal transport which can be used to reduce waiting times to a minimum.
Location
The Kloosterboer Delta Terminal is located near the largest container terminals on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam. The unique location provides further opportunities for savings to be made in the supply chain costs.
Opening hours
The veterinary inspection point is, from Monday 29th September, open Monday to Thursday from 7am to 9pm and Friday from 7am to 8pm.
