Kloosterboer processes different types of fruit juices in accordance with client specifications at its modern blending stations. Our clients include renowned international producers and agents in the fruit juices and concentrates market. Each year, we process approximately 350,000 tonnes of product.
Our blending stations are certified in accordance with the latest quality certifications and are equipped for the following activities:
- dumping bins / drums, crushing (using heat exchanger), filling product into tank truck, drums, bins, buckets, or bag-in-box
- aseptic filling into drums, bins, bag-in-box
- mixing of various blends according to recipe
- pasteurisation
A laboratory service provides the necessary and required tests.
